Althea’s Hideaway is a 21+ venue with a strict door policy designed to maintain an upscale, fashionable, and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

General Dress Code

We encourage guests to dress in trendy, stylish, and fashionable attire suitable for nightlife.

Acceptable Attire

  • Fashionable nightlife wear

  • Upscale casual attire

  • Designer or stylish sneakers in good condition

  • Dress shoes, heels, boots, loafers

  • Collared shirts, button-downs, stylish t-shirts, polos

  • Dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, fashionable sets

  • Classy tailored shorts are permitted due to our rooftop environment

Prohibited Attire

  • Athletic shorts or gym wear

  • Basketball shorts

  • Sweatpants or joggers

  • Oversized or excessively baggy clothing

  • Beachwear or swimwear

  • Tank tops for men

  • Flip-flops, slides, or house slippers

  • Clothing with offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language or graphics

  • Torn or excessively distressed clothing

  • Work boots or construction attire

  • Shorts displaying visible underwear

  • Sagging pants

Bag Policy

For security and guest comfort:

  • No large bags, backpacks, duffel bags, luggage, or oversized purses

  • Small handbags and clutches are permitted subject to inspection

  • All bags are subject to security screening

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted inside the venue:

  • Outside beverages of any kind

  • Water bottles (opened or sealed)

  • Outside food

  • Alcohol

  • Illegal substances

  • Weapons or dangerous items

  • Professional camera equipment without prior approval

Age Requirement

  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry

  • All guests must be 21 years of age or older

  • Photocopies, screenshots, or expired IDs will not be accepted

Admission & Door Policy

Entry is always at the discretion of management and security.

Please note:

  • Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry

  • Purchasing bottle service does not guarantee entry

  • RSVP status does not guarantee entry

  • Guests may be denied entry or removed from the venue for any reason deemed necessary by management or security

  • No refunds will be issued for denied entry due to dress code violations, intoxication, failure to present valid identification, disruptive behavior, or violation of venue policies

Management reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding dress code interpretation, admission, and guest conduct.
